Here I will give you a way how to change the icon and your flash drive without using the help of additional software
The trick is as follows:

A. - Find a picture icon that you want to use and put in the root drive c: \ (If you want to change the icon on drive c:)
- Find a picture icon that you want to use and put in the root of your flash (If you want to change the icon in the flash)
2. After that open notepad and type the code below
[autorun]
OPEN =
ICON = namaicon.ico
3. Replace the name "namaicon.ico" icon with the name you've prepared.
4. Then save it as Autorun.inf (in the Save as type to All Files)
- Root drive c: \ (If you want to change the icon on drive c:)
- Root flash you (If you want to change the icon in the flash)
5 After that, restart your computer and see what happens, if the flash is enough to do the eject wrote.
